Shipping Locations

At this time, Cubby ships exclusively within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Cubby is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
